The Alfa was the fashion house’s first cashmere double-face coat, created by Max Kriemler in 1978. Creative Director Albert Kriemler revived the design in 2023 as an homage to his father and in celebration of Akris’ 100 year anniversary.

Double-face fabric has two right sides, created by weaving together two thin layers on specially designed looms. The result is a refined fabric with natural elasticity that keeps its shape and does not wrinkle.
